Ο Εμμανουήλ Μανούσος είναι Έλληνας μαθηματικός. Η ερευνητική του δραστηριότητα αφορά στην αξιωματική θεμελίωση της Θεωρητικής Φυσικής. Στα ενδιαφέροντά του υπάγεται και η Θεωρία των Αριθμών. Από το 2003 έως το 2014 συνεργάστηκε με το Εργαστήριο Αστροφυσικής του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών.
